Registering for the Tournament
If available, pre-registration via mail or email is recommended. The deadline for pre-registration will be listed in the information on the event details page in the menu at the top of the page.
On-site registration will be available at a table under the covered area. When you check-in at the marina you may pick up your shirts that you may have ordered in advance and receive your rodeo souvenir if available. Extra shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rodeo Shirts
Rodeo Shirts are available for purchase via an order form. It is important that orders for shirts are placed in advance to ensure available sizes and styles are guaranteed. A limited number of types and sizes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the registration table.
The annual design and ordering details will be put on this page once available. Previous years’ designs can be seen here.
Tables and Chairs
A limited number of table and chairs will be available for use on-site, so please bring folding chairs for you and your guests.
Fish Weigh-in Process
Fish will be weighed only when the Weigh Master is present. Only legal fish are eligible for the weigh-in. Please check the current State of Louisiana Rules & Regulations for type, quantity, and size of fish to be caught. Don’t forget to make sure that you have a current Louisiana Fishing License and obey the current fishing regulations.
The official scale hours are posted on the list of events and will be strictly enforced.
Closing Procedures
As you may be aware, the Committee does a lot year round for all to enjoy the Fishing Tournament each year. After all of the work and fun, the Committee and those willing to help are ready to go home to relax. Any extra help will make it easier on everyone. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in helping to clean up the area as well as loading tables, chairs and other equipment onto the truck.
