Dear Sponsors, Attendees, & EANO Members,
This year is the 41st New Orleans Electrical Association’s Fishing Tournament. We look forward to a successful Fishing Tournament this year. We owe the success of the Tournament to the generous contribution of our Sponsors, the many people that participate each year, and the dedicated Committee Members.
Our most important update is our noeaft.com website has been updated and working. Jared Fernandez has been able to get it up and running with the help of David Fernandez and Vickie Shields, and others behind the scene.
Our website has access to our sponsorship forms, registration forms, and shirt order forms. We do not offer online registration at this time. We continue to work with the Electrical Association of New Orleans “EANO” to use their website eanola.org for access to our sponsorship forms, registration forms, and shirt order forms in addition to the NOEAFT.com website.
We still offer the capability of sponsoring the fishing tournament by credit card and check. You also have the ability to register for the event and purchase shirts by the same means. This can be done by email or by mail. Either way, your donation is very much appreciated and necessary for a successful tournament.
The dates for this year’s Tournament are May 31st and June 1st. The location will be at the Sanddollar Marina in Grand Isle as in the past.
This year again we are offering three levels of sponsorship: PLATINUM, GOLD, and SILVER. As always, 2019 Sponsors will have their company’s name displayed on the Sponsor Board at Grand Isle. In addition, your company’s name will also be listed as a sponsor for the NOEAFT on the website. As in the past, we will need your permission to link to your company’s website. Another option to be a Sponsor is to pay you EANO membership dues and at the same time Sponsor the Annual Golf Outing and Fishing Tournament. If you have already sent in your Sponsor registration to the Electrical Association or to the Fishing Tournament we greatly appreciate it. It is possible to upgrade your sponsorship to Platinum or Gold, just contact Bill Lindsey. You will be contacted by one of the Committee Members as a reminder of how we need your support as a Sponsor.
If you attended last year’s Tournament or the Awards Banquet, you would have experienced the gratitude that everyone has towards the participation of our Sponsors. As announcements are made each day at the rodeo, attention is given to our Sponsors whose names are proudly displayed and hung high on our Sponsor Board at the Sanddollar Marina.
We the Committee and those that participate in the Fishing Tournament appreciate your contribution. Please show you support by choosing the payment method of your choice. Your immediate attention is required in order to make all the appropriate arrangements for a successful Fishing Tournament.
